According to Article 3 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Operation Services, operators providing tourism services through self-built websites are classified as online tourism operators and are subject to all the requirements stipulated in these provisions.

I. General Provisions

Service Provider: This website is operated by Zhangjiajie Wanteng Travel Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"). The registered address is China, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province.

Our company is a legally established travel agency specializing in domestic and inbound tourism services.

Service Scope: This website serves as an online platform for showcasing and booking our company's self-operated tourism products. The services offered include, but are not limited to, package tours (such as group tours and independent travel packages) and individual agency services (including flight, hotel, ticket, and visa arrangements). All tourism products on this website are self-operated offerings of our company, with services provided directly by us and corresponding responsibilities assumed by us.

Legal Basis: This clause is formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Services, and the Travel Agency Regulations.

Effect of the Clause: This clause constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and our company, with the same legal force as a written travel contract. In the event of any discrepancy between this clause and any separate written package tour contract entered into between our company and you, the written contract shall prevail.

Term Amendment: We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The amended terms will be published on this website and take effect upon publication. By continuing to use the services on this website, you agree to the amendments.

II. User Account

Registration Requirements: Users must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including but not limited to name, ID number, contact details, and emergency contact information), and ensure that this information is updated promptly. In accordance with Article 14 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Services, we will request emergency contact information when signing package tour contracts or travel product booking agreements.

Account Security: Users are fully responsible for the security of their account names and passwords. All actions performed through your account are considered your own actions. Any losses resulting from account information leakage shall be borne by the user.

Minor Protection: If you are a minor, you must read these terms in the presence of a guardian and use the website services only with the guardian's consent.

Account Restrictions: We reserve the right to impose restrictions, suspend, or terminate accounts containing anomalies, false information, or violations.

III. Product Information and Booking

Product Authenticity: All travel product information displayed on this website (including itineraries, service standards, prices, flight schedules, and hotel details) is true and accurate. We guarantee that the information reflects the actual situation and refrain from any false advertising.

Booking Process:

After placing an order through the website or related media, the order becomes effective only after payment is completed.

For package tour products, a travel contract must be signed, and the relevant contract information must be submitted to the National Tourism Supervision and Service Platform as required.

After your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation notification via SMS, email, or in-site message. The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the notification.

Price and Fees:

The price is based on the amount displayed on this website when the user places an order. The price includes and excludes items as explicitly listed on the product details page.

In addition to the product cost, all potential feesincluding taxes, service charges, visa fees, and tipsare clearly disclosed before booking.

IV. Package Tour Contract

Contract Execution: In accordance with Article 58 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, package tour contracts must be executed in writing. When providing package tour services, our company will legally enter into an electronic tour contract with you. The contract shall include nine statutory provisions: basic information of the travel agency and tourists, itinerary details, minimum group size requirements, service standards, fees and payment methods, liability for breach of contract, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Contract Effectiveness: The electronic contract becomes effective upon mutual confirmation (including online consent checks or electronic signatures) and carries equal legal force. You may request us to provide downloadable or printed versions of the contract.

Contract Filing: In accordance with Article 16 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Operations and Services, we will submit relevant contract information to the National Tourism Supervision and Service Platform in compliance with the law and subject ourselves to oversight by the competent authorities.

V. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund

Refund and Change Policies: Refund and change policies vary for different travel products. Refer to the "Refund and Change Guidelines" displayed on the product details page or order page. These policies are prominently displayed; please read them carefully before placing an order.

User initiated cancellation:

According to Article 65 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, if a tourist terminates the contract before the end of the tour itinerary, the company will refund the remaining balance after deducting necessary expenses.

"Necessary expenses" refer to fees that the Company has paid to local tour operators or service providers and are non-refundable. We will provide accurate documentation for such expenses and shall not fabricate costs or make excessive deductions.

The specific refund and cancellation policies (including the free cancellation period and fee deduction rates for different advance notice periods) are subject to the product details page.

The company cancels:

If a group cannot be formed due to failing to meet the minimum membership requirement, we will notify you three days in advance and offer options such as rescheduling, transferring to another group, or a full refund.

If the itinerary is unilaterally canceled by the Company for its own reasons (not force majeure), the Company shall bear liability for breach of contract in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China.

Refund method:

The refund will be returned through the original payment method, typically within 15 working days, depending on the payment channel and bank.

The prominent obligation to disclose refund and modification rules:

In accordance with the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Services and relevant consumer protection regulations, this website clearly displays the refund and modification policies to you. Terms that fail to meet the disclosure requirements are not binding on you. If you encounter unreasonable clauses such as "bookings cannot be canceled once made," you have the right to report or file a complaint with the market regulatory authorities.

VI. Travel Agency Liability and Safety Assurance

Safety Assurance Obligation: The Company has established a legal tourist safety protection system and developed emergency response plans. It conducts risk monitoring and safety assessments based on safety risk alerts issued by relevant government authorities, promptly identifies potential safety hazards, and carries out comprehensive efforts including tourism safety awareness campaigns, risk prevention guidance, emergency assistance, and incident response.

Travel Agency Liability Insurance: In accordance with Article 17 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Services, our company has legally obtained travel agency liability insurance.

Service Standards: The company commits to strictly adhering to the service standards disclosed on the product detail page, including but not limited to accommodation standards, transportation standards, dining standards, and tour guide service standards, and shall not arbitrarily lower these standards.

Assistance Provider Management: The Company will rigorously review the qualifications of ground handling agencies, hotels, and vehicle fleets as assistance providers, ensuring they possess valid operational licenses and assume corresponding liability for their service performance.

VII. Force Majeure

Definition: Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, including but not limited to: natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, typhoons); public health emergencies (e.g., major infectious disease outbreaks); wars, civil unrest, strikes; government actions (e.g., bans, requisitions); traffic controls; and widespread flight delays or cancellations.

Handling Rules: Pursuant to Article 67 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, if a travel itinerary is affected by force majeure or events that the Company or its performance assistants could not avoid despite exercising reasonable care, the following procedures shall apply:

If the contract cannot be performed further, either our company or you may terminate the contract.

If the contract cannot be fully performed, our company may amend the contract within a reasonable scope after providing you with an explanation; if you disagree with the amendment, you may terminate the contract.

Upon termination of the contract, the Company shall refund the remaining balance to you after deducting non-refundable fees already paid to the local tour operator or service providers. In the event of contract modification, any additional costs incurred shall be borne by you, while any savings resulting from the modification shall be refunded to you.

In the event of your prolonged stay, our company shall implement corresponding accommodation arrangements. Any additional expenses for meals and lodging shall be borne by you; additional return travel costs shall be shared between our company and you.

Risk warning regarding the absence of a force majeure clause: If this clause does not explicitly specify the procedures for handling force majeure events, the travel agency may unilaterally adjust the itinerary without assuming liability for compensation.

Our company hereby clarifies the aforementioned processing rules to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

VIII. User Responsibilities and Conduct Guidelines

Obligation to Provide Truthful Information: You shall truthfully provide personal health information related to the travel activities before booking and departure, including but not limited to your physical condition, special dietary requirements, mobility limitations, and other special circumstances. If you fail to fulfill this obligation, disregard our company's instructions or warnings, or participate in travel activities unsuitable for your condition, resulting in personal injury or property damage during the trip, our company shall not be liable under the law.

Legal Use: You must not utilize this website for any illegal activities, fraudulent practices, malicious reviews, order manipulation, or unauthorized use of others' accounts.

Civilized Travel: You must comply with the laws, regulations, and customs of the destination country/region, and respect other tourists and service staff. Any fines or liabilities arising from your improper conduct shall be borne by you.

Evaluation Guidelines: In accordance with Article 13 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Online Tourism Services, we safeguard your legitimate right to provide feedback and shall not arbitrarily block or delete your reviews of our products and services. Your comments must be truthful, lawful, and objective. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, including defamatory, obscene, promotional, or irrelevant information.

Document and Visa: You must ensure you have valid identification documents and the visa required by the destination country/region. Any inability to travel or additional costs resulting from expired documents, incorrect information, or denied visas shall be borne by you.

IX. Personal Information Protection

Information Collection: We will collect your personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, propriety, and necessity, including but not limited to your name, identification information, contact details, emergency contact information, and payment information. Before collecting any information, we will clearly disclose the purpose, method, and scope of collection and obtain your consent.

Information Use: The collected information is used solely for providing you with travel bookings and related services, including itinerary planning, insurance purchase, visa application, and necessary purposes such as sharing information with assistance personnel.

Information Sharing: To complete your reservation, we may provide necessary information (such as name and ID number) to third-party service providers (e.g., local tour operators, hotels, airlines). We require these service providers to implement equally stringent personal information protection measures.

Information Protection: We will implement necessary technical and management measures to protect your personal information security. In the event of a data breach, we will promptly notify you and take remedial actions.

Legal liabilities for illegal information processing: According to the Supreme People's Court's Judicial Interpretation on Tourism Disputes, when tourism operators illegally collect, store, use, process, transmit, trade, provide, or disclose tourists' personal information, tourists have the right to demand that they assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

X. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, page designs, software, videos, etc.) is the intellectual property of our company or the relevant rights holders.

XI. Liability for Breach of Contract

Punitive damages for fraudulent acts: Pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, if our company engages in fraudulent practices in providing services, you are entitled to claim additional compensation for your losses, with the amount of such additional compensation being three times the service fee you paid.

You have breached the contract: If you terminate the contract for your own reasons, you shall bear the corresponding losses in accordance with Article 5 of these Terms and the refund and modification policies on the product details page.

XII. The Validity of Standard Terms

According to the Supreme People's Court's Judicial Interpretation on Tourism Disputes, any content contained in these Service Terms by our companywhether presented as standard clauses, notices, or statementsshall not exclude or restrict your rights, mitigate or exempt our liability, or impose undue burdens on you; such provisions shall be deemed invalid if they are unfair or unreasonable.

Special Notice: The clauses in these Terms of Service that exempt or limit the Company's liability, applicable laws, and dispute resolution provisions are highlighted in bold or underlined for easy identification. Please review them carefully.

XIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this clause shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, you may choose the following methods for resolution:

File a complaint with the local cultural and tourism authority where the company is located (National Tourism Service Hotline: 12301);

Request mediation from the Consumer Association;

File a lawsuit with the People's Court. According to the Supreme People's Court's Judicial Interpretation on Tourism Disputes, you may choose to file the lawsuit with the court where your company is located, or with the court where the tourism contract was signed as stipulated in the contract.

XIV. Others

Complete Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties and supersede all prior oral or written communications.

Divisibility: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
